What it offers
A tiered program delivered as short introductory, standard and advanced workshops, supporting organisations to build culturally safe, inclusive and confident workplaces. Sessions combine lived experience, real organisational scenarios, experiential learning and practical tools to strengthen awareness, language confidence and everyday practice. Participants explore how bias, assumptions and systems shape interactions and decisions, and develop skills to respond with clarity, care and accountability. Standard and advanced workshops allow for deeper engagement, including leadership practice, organisational alignment and complex case responses using the R.A.C.E model.

Psychological Safety & Mental Health
What it offers
Practical programs that strengthen staff wellbeing, confidence and safe workplace culture. The focus is on everyday behaviours, communication and leadership practices that support psychological safety, respectful engagement and early response to harm, stress or conflict.

Introduction to Local Government for Diverse Workers
What it offers
A tailored program that supports refugees, new migrants and culturally diverse workers to confidently navigate local government systems, expectations and career pathways. By strengthening clarity, belonging and workplace confidence, the program supports retention, workforce participation and inclusive organisational culture.

Self-paced Online Modules
What it offers
Cultural Inclusion and Anti-racism modules available in Standard and Advanced pathways through an annual membership. Designed to complement face-to-face learning, combining theory, lived experience, reflective prompts and practical application. Suitable for induction, refresher learning or deeper capability building, strengthening shared language and practice across teams.

One-to-One Mentoring & Guidance Service
What it offers
A confidential, on-demand phone-based support service for leaders and staff navigating complex situations related to culture, inclusion, racism, conflict or psychological safety. Provides timely, practical guidance that strengthens decision-making and supports confident action without replacing internal systems.
Delivery Options
On-demand phone service. Available in 100, 200 and 500-hour packages.
